Night of Pride
Ticket Booking Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets for the Night of Pride 2025, organised by The Pride Fund Ltd. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase and Payment
- All tickets must be purchased through official channels authorised by The Pride Fund Ltd.
- Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, and any other method specified on the official ticketing platform.
- Ticket prices, including any applicable taxes and fees, will be clearly listed on the official ticketing platform. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refunds and Cancellations section.
2. Ticket Confirmation and Delivery
- Upon completing your ticket purchase, you will receive an electronic confirmation via email, which will serve as your proof of purchase.
- E-tickets will be sent to the email address provided during purchase on or before 7 May 2025. Please ensure your email address is correct and monitor your spam/junk folder for correspondence.
3. Entry Requirements and Security
- Each attendee must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets may be scanned electronically at the entrance.
- The Pride Fund Ltd reserves the right to conduct security checks, including bag inspections. Prohibited items, including weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed unsafe, will not be permitted.
- Re-entry to the event venue is only permitted if the attendee can produce a valid ticket. Tickets must be scanned in and out electronically at the entrance.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
- Tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled by The Pride Fund Ltd. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via email with instructions on how to obtain a refund or transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.
- The Pride Fund Ltd reserves the right to change the event lineup, schedule, or venue. If such changes occur, refunds may be considered at The Pride Fund’s discretion.
5. Transfers and Resales
- Tickets may not be transferred or resold without the express consent of The Pride Fund Ltd. Unauthorised resale or attempted resale of tickets may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
- The Pride Fund Ltd is not responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial channels or third-party resellers.
6. Code of Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, event staff, and performers.
- The Pride Fund Ltd has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour. Anyone found in violation may be removed from the event without a refund.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Alcohol will be served in accordance with the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Valid identification may be required at the bar.
- The Pride Fund Ltd reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately.
- Patrons are encouraged to drink responsibly. Staff and security personnel will monitor for any unsafe or disruptive behaviour related to alcohol consumption, and guests may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
8. Photography, Videography, and Media Use
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed by event organisers or accredited media. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes.
- Unauthorised professional photography or videography is prohibited unless granted permission by The Pride Fund Ltd.
9. Liability
- Attendees acknowledge that they are responsible for their personal belongings and well-being during the event.
- The Pride Fund Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm resulting from attending this event, except where caused by negligence on the part of the organisers.
10. Health and Safety Requirements
- The Pride Fund Ltd will follow all relevant health and safety guidelines. Attendees are expected to adhere to any such protocols in place at the event, including but not limited to hygiene and social distancing measures if required.
- If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending the event. The Pride Fund Ltd will not be responsible for any illness contracted before, during, or after the event.
11. Force Majeure
- The Pride Fund Ltd shall not be held liable for any cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside of its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.
